I’m a bit late but… Here I’m reading “The best 100 vegan baking recipes” from Kris Holechek. After being vegan for three years, one of the things I still miss is baking cakes, cookies and muffins. I’ve tried some vegan recipes and they worked, but what I wanted was to understand them, every element on them so I could create my own recipes. This book is way more than just a bunch of recipes, it’s an universal guide through the misterious, yet wonderful world of pies, biscuits and everything sweet and tasty. And it’s deliciously written!
